Shipping & Returns
At Alignment Lab, we want your focus to be on your practice, not your parcel. We’ve designed our logistics to be as streamlined and sustainable as our mats.
1. Shipping Within Australia
We ship all orders directly from our warehouse in Melbourne.
Standard Shipping: $X.XX (Free for orders over $150).
Metro Areas: 2–5 business days.
Regional/WA/NT: 5–10 business days.
Express Shipping: $X.XX.
Metro Areas: 1–2 business days.
Eco-Packaging: Your Alignment Mat will arrive in 100% plastic-free, recyclable, or compostable packaging. We believe your mat should leave a mark on your practice, not the planet.
Tracking your order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your mat’s journey to your door.
2. International Shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand with more countries coming soon.
NZ Standard: 7–14 business days.
Note: International customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes incurred upon entry into your country.
3. Our 30-Day "Peace of Mind" Return Policy
We stand by the quality of the Alignment Mat. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for a refund or store credit.
Conditions for Return:
The mat must be in its original, unused condition.
The mat must be returned in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for mats that have been practiced on or removed from their protective seal.
How to start a return: Simply email us at alignmentlabadmin@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
Quality is the core of the Lab. Every mat undergoes a rigorous inspection, but if you believe your mat is faulty or was damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the issue, and we will arrange a priority replacement at no extra cost to you.
5. Cancellations & Address Changes
We move fast to get your mat to you. If you need to change your address or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. Once the mat has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.
