Material & Construction

• Top layer: 100% natural Mediterranean cork which provides moisture-activated grip that increases in traction as you sweat, unlike synthetic TPE or PVC mats which become slippery under exertion
• Base layer: High-density natural rubber, no synthetic fillers, no PVC
• Thickness: 6mm. Sufficient joint cushioning for spinal articulation exercises while maintaining the firm surface stability required for standing balance work
• Dimensions: 183cm × 66cm — wider and longer than the standard 61cm × 173cm yoga mat, providing full range of motion for Pilates lateral movements and long-lever stretches

Alignment System

Laser-etched alignment guides provide fixed visual reference points for hand and foot placement across Pilates sequences. Designed to correct asymmetry in hip placement, shoulder alignment, and spinal positioning without requiring a mirror or instructor correction.
