Welcome to Alignment Lab. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

2. Product Accuracy

We strive to display the colors and textures of the Alignment Mat as accurately as possible. However, as cork is a natural material, slight variations in grain and tone may occur. These are not considered defects but rather the unique character of natural cork.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

• We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the "Alignment Lab" name, logos, and the "Alignment Mat" design, is the intellectual property of Alignment Lab. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we design our mats for safety and performance, physical exercise carries inherent risks. Alignment Lab is not liable for any injuries sustained during the use of our products. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise regime.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved within the courts of that jurisdiction.

7. Pre-Orders

If you purchase an item on pre-order, the estimated shipping date is a guide only. We will keep you updated via email regarding any significant delays.
